What’s happening?
Customer wants to know why the entire site was deleted after attempting to delete an entity permission record in the management application.
Reason:
User has deleted the website record inadvertently while trying to delete an entity permission record.
Resolution:
- The customer restored the portal using the management tool from another environment.
