What’s happening?
The customer is unable to customize the label text for the identity provider button on the Sign-in Screen, specifically for the button that leverages Entra ID as the identity provider.
Reason:
This appears to have been related to a cache issue or duplicate site setting in Authentication/OpenIdConnect/AzureAD/Caption.
Resolution:
- Suggested the customer clear the cache or check for duplicate site settings in the specified areas.
