What’s happening?
The customer is unable to download a Webfile using the Partial URL, receiving a 'not found' error after clearing the cache.
Reason:
This occurs because the default Home "Content" form was selected in the Webfile, which affects the accessibility of the Partial URL.
Resolution:
- Remove the Home parent page from the Webfile.
- Reassign the same Home page as the parent again.
- Clear the cache and attempt to access the Partial URL again.
