What’s happening?
The UAT portal has expired and is displaying an error message indicating that the trial portal has expired and is under suspended status. The notification states that the portal will be removed after a specified period.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is the expiration of the trial portal, which leads to its suspension. Trial portals typically have a 30-day expiration period, after which they may be deleted if not converted to a production environment.
Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps should be taken to convert the power pages website from trial to production:
1. Open the Power Platform admin center and navigate to the Power Pages sites section for your website.
2. Look for the notification regarding the trial expiration.
3. In the notification, select the option to convert to production, or alternatively, go to the Site Details section and select the option to convert to production.
