Reason:
The trial site is nearing its expiration date, prompting the need for an upgrade to continue service without interruption.

Resolution:

  1. Review the documentation on prerequisites and steps to convert a portal from trial to production: Convert a portal from trial to production.
  2. If the error "ConversionMessages.NoLicenseAndCapacity" appears, allocate capacity to the environment by following the steps mentioned in the "Allocate Capacity" documentation.
  3. For additional information on Power Platform trial FAQs, refer to: Power Platform Trial FAQs.
  4. If the trial to production conversion did not complete or is failing/stuck, attempt the following:
    1. Retry provisioning from the Power Platform Admin:
      • Click on the menu option (three dots) next to the site and select 'Admin center'.
      • Once the admin center opens, look for a banner at the top with the button 'Restart Provisioning'.
      • Click on 'Restart Provisioning'.
