Difficulties connecting Power Automate to Azure Key Vault, resulting in failed attempts to retrieve API keys and execute queries.
Reason:
This are primarily caused by firewall restrictions in Azure that block access to the Key Vault from Power Automate. Additionally, the requirements for using on-premises data gateways and virtual networks may be unclear.
Resolution:
- Verify the firewall settings in Azure Key Vault to ensure that the necessary IP addresses for Power Automate are allowed. Refer to the documentation for required IP addresses: Power Platform IP Addresses.
- Confirm that the environment is set up correctly, including whether the use of an on-premises data gateway is necessary.
