What’s happening?
Customers need to block certain business units from conducting further transactions within their operating units in the finance and operations system.

Reason:
This arises when business units are set up incorrectly, and attempts to delete these units fail due to existing transactions.

Resolution:
To block a specific operating unit, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to General Ledger > Financial Dimensions.
2. Select the Business Unit and click on Dimension Values.
3. Choose the specific business unit and add the Legal Entity Overrides to Suspend the particular business unit in the specific legal entity.
4. In case, the business unit needs to be blocked in all legal entities, turn on Suspend checkbox in General tab.
