What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue where all synthetic accounts in the "nature of the account/group" column of the I50 record in Brazil SPED ECD are being filled with the information '05- Contas de compensação'.

Reason:
This is caused by a configuration problem within the system that generates totalizing accounts incorrectly.

Resolution:
It is necessary to enable the (Brazil) Update nature code for main accounts feature from Feature management workspace for the update of the nature code for main accounts.
After enabling the feature, fill in the new "Nature Code" field directly in the General Ledger> Chart of Accounts> Accounts> Main Accounts.
