What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with the availability of PDF attachments when exporting invoices. Some invoices do not generate PDFs during the export process.
 
Reason:
The behavior observed is functioning as designed and expected.
 
Resolution:
To ensure that all attachments are included when exporting invoices, the following steps should be taken: - Ensure that the checkbox for including metadata is selected. This will include attachments of Note and URL type, as well as metadata of File type attachments in the export job. - When the checkbox is not selected, only attachments of File type are exported without metadata from the system.
