Workflows created in Power Automate fail to post messages in a chat or channel when the sender is not a member of the chat group.
Reason:
In Power Automate, posting messages in a chat or channel requires the sender to be a member of the chat group. Without membership, the workflow fails due to lack of permissions.
Resolution:
Ensure that the user sending messages via Power Automate is a member of the chat group. If the requirement is to post messages to groups where the user cannot be a member, this functionality is not supported in Power Automate
