Business events are failing with the error message indicating that the user has not been assigned any license, resulting in a response status code of 400.
 

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is that the user associated with the business events has not been assigned a license, which is necessary for the action to succeed.
 

Resolution:

  1. Identify the user ID mentioned in the error message.
  2. Assign the required license to the user to resolve the issue.
  3. If the issue persists, ensure that the ownership of any records from the unlicensed or disabled identity is reassigned to a valid identity. This can be done by:
  4. Navigating to the environment in the Power Platform Admin Center.
  5. Clicking on "Users."
  6. Finding the user causing the issue.
  7. Selecting that user and clicking on the "Reassign records" button in the top navigation.
  8. Monitor the business events to confirm that they are functioning correctly after the license assignment.
