What’s happening?
Customer Service work space is not appearing in the specified environment.
Reason:
The customer service workspace is showing as customer service historic analytics in the environment.
Resolution:
- Change the name back to "Customer Service Workspace".
- Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions, as only environments for which the user is an administrator will appear in the admin center.
