What’s happening?
The collection letter note texts are cut off and not fully captured on the collection letter document when using the collection letter note feature.
Reason:
This is a known issue that affects the display of collection letter notes in certain environments. The problem may also arise from the configuration of the Excel format used for the collection letter.
Resolution:
This is already fixed. The fix updates the report layout to support text wrapping and auto-height for Note cells.

Additionally:
- Verify the version of the software being used. The issue has been noted in version 10.0.40, and it is recommended to upgrade to version 10.0.42 or later.
- Check if the Autofit row height option is activated in the Electronic Reporting parameters (Electronic Reporting workspace> Electronic reporting parameters). If it is not activated, enable this option and test to see if it resolves the issue.
- If the issue persists, consider changing the model mapping to prevent the splitting of collection letter notes across multiple cells/rows. This can be done by disabling the Split code in the model mapping.
