What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue with the currency rounding feature in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. They attempted to set the rounding values to zero but encountered an error where the input reverted to a default value (e.g., 0.00).

Reason:
The underlying cause is that entering a value of 0.00 is treated as a directive to not round, which leads to the system reverting to a default rounding value.

Resolution:
To resolve this, the customer should input a value of 1.00 for all rounding fields instead of 0.00.

Additionally, the warning message encountered during this process is not an error and does not prevent the values from being saved. For further reference on the behavior of rounding values, the customer can consult the documentation available at the following URL: Rounding Sales Tax Payments.
