What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues where they are unable to open tables that are exported from Dynamics 365 FO, resulting in the view hanging.
Reason:
This may be related to insufficient permissions required to view the tables in Azure Synapse.

Resolution:
To resolve this, ensure the following permissions are granted: - Azure Storage Blob Data Reader: Access to the destination storage on the workspace. - Azure Storage Blob Data Contributor: Permissions on the Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 account for the user with admin permissions in Customer Insights. - Azure Synapse Administrator: Role assigned to the service principal for Customer Insights on the Azure Synapse workspace.
If the necessary permissions are already in place and the issue persists, try the following: 1. Unlink the Synapse. 2. Relink the Synapse. 3. Attempt to open the tables again after relinking.
If further issues arise, additional details may be required for further troubleshooting.
