Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the rounding unit being set to 1, which affects how decimal quantities are registered.

Resolution:
To resolve this, change the decimal precision in the Units page (Organization administration> Setup> Units) to 2 so that the registration of quantities with decimal values, such as 3.50, is allowed.
