What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties in checking the current RAM usage in their production environment, particularly when developing multiple interfaces, which raises concerns about potential RAM overload and interruptions to service.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the inability to check RAM percentage usage directly. However, telemetry data indicates that the available memory during peak hours is approximately 5 GB, and if memory usage exceeds 80%, it can lead to slow performance, while exceeding 95% can result in AOS crashes due to memory utilization exceptions.
Resolution:
- Review the telemetry information for available memory and CPU usage in the production environment.
- Customers can view memory and CPU utilization by navigating to Environment Monitoring > Health Metrics in LCS
- Monitor the memory usage closely, especially when developing new interfaces, to ensure it remains below critical thresholds (80% for performance, 95% for stability).
- If further details are needed, clarify the specific questions or issues with the support team and provide any relevant screenshots to assist in troubleshooting.
