What’s happening?
The customer inquired about the possibility of extending the Payment Times Reporting Schema (PTRS) report to include all suppliers, not just those categorized as small businesses.
 
Reason:
The PTRS report is designed in accordance with Australian government regulations to improve payment times for small businesses. Modifying it to include all suppliers may raise compliance concerns, and there are currently no known proof-of-concept cases that demonstrate the feasibility or advisability of such an extension.
 
Resolution:
It is not recommended to proceed with modifications to the PTRS report without a thorough assessment of business and regulatory impacts. If the customer decides to proceed with customization, it is strongly recommended to conduct a compliance review to evaluate potential legal implications.
