The recruiting request created in the HR Module is not passing the Hiring Manager and Recruiting Manager details to the Recruitment add-on, resulting in missing information when creating job ads.

Reason:
There is an email format mismatch between the system and the user records in the database, which is causing the issue.

Resolution:
To resolve this, update the user’s email in the system to exactly match the case-sensitive format used in the database. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to System administration> Users> Users.
2. Locate the user record and Edit it.
3. Update the email to match the exact format required.
