What’s happening?
Customers are facing an issue with the ZATCA integration, where the current implementation allows only one CRN per legal entity and branch. Customers require the ability to apply multiple CRNs for different branches within a single legal entity.
Reason:
The underlying cause is that the current standard functionality of the system does not support the configuration of multiple CRNs in a single legal entity, as it is designed to support only one CRN per legal entity.
Resolution:
Just one CRN per legal entity is possible to define in the current design. It is recommended to submit an idea on the Ideas portal, detailing how many customers have requested the ability to use multiple CRNs for branches within a single legal entity. This submission should include customer names and the specific requirement. The product group may consider changes to the current functionality based on the votes received for the submitted idea.
