What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing issues with controlling automatic email forwarding to Gmail using PowerApps and Power Automate.

Reason:
The documentation provides guidance on Power Automate but lacks specific details for PowerApps regarding the control of email forwarding.

Resolution:

1. To control automatic email forwarding from PowerApps, it is recommended to use Power Automate flows, as PowerApps is primarily a tool for creating applications and does not directly handle email forwarding automation.
2. For monitoring or blocking emails sent from Power Automate or Power Apps, administrators can set up Exchange mail flow rules using the Microsoft 365 Outlook connector.
3. For further details on blocking forwarded emails, refer to the documentation related to email exfiltration controls for connectors.
4. To check if email forwarding is being performed using PowerApps, execute the Get-AdminPowerApp command to extract applications using the Office 365 Outlook connector and verify their contents.
