What’s happening?
When opening a topic file, it gets automatically formatted, and line breaks are added.
Reason:
This was caused by a bulk modification performed using an external tool, which automatically cleaned up the line breaks. This is not a standard use case.
Resolution:
- Users should modify topics directly via Microsoft Copilot Studio to avoid such issues.
- The product team has suggested re-exporting the agent from Dataverse and replacing the files in GitHub as a potential solution.
- Currently, there are no built-in tools or extensions in Copilot Studio to revalidate YAML files at once for all topics. This functionality is not available at this time.
