What’s happening?
When using the Microsoft Teams app on an iPad, users encounter a message stating, "Microsoft Edge must be used" when attempting to create a connection to a flow.
Reason:
This arises when the default browser settings on the iPad are not configured to use Microsoft Edge, which is required for certain functionalities within the Teams app.
Resolution:
- Set the search engine to Microsoft Edge in the iPad settings. This can be done by navigating to Settings > Search Engine > Edge.
- Clear the browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to reconnect.
- Uninstall the Teams app, reinstall it, and try registering the account again.
