What’s happening?
The Business Performance Analytics application is not displaying any legal entities when attempting to generate reports.
Reason:
Data is not being retrieved correctly in the application, which prevents the legal entities from appearing in the dropdown list.
Resolution:
- Uninstall the Business Performance Analytics application.
- Reinstall the application to ensure it syncs correctly with the environment data.
