What’s happening?
In Copilot Studio, users are unable to provide the question card options in a 2 columns stack. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the response time and the layout of the question card options.


Reason:

  • The response time for the question card options generally takes a minimum of 2-3 seconds, which can be expected for rendering on some channels.
  • Certain layout changes, such as capturing selections on the right side instead of the left, are not possible at this time. 
     
Resolution:
  • It is confirmed that providing the question card options in a 2 columns stack is not possible.
  • The response is always captured on the left side, and the expectation to capture the selection on the right side is not a feature at this time.
  • Users are advised to manage expectations regarding the response time and layout constraints, as these are inherent limitations of the current system design.
