What’s happening?
The customer wants to run a desktop flow exclusively on one machine within a machine group, rather than allowing it to operate in load balancing mode across multiple machines.

Reason:
The design of the machine group is intended to distribute automation workloads across multiple machines, which leads to desktop flows being triggered on different machines based on the internal queue arrangement.

Resolution:
To ensure that the desktop flow runs only on a single machine, the desktop flow should be deployed directly on that specific machine instead of using a machine group. This will prevent the desktop flow from being triggered on other machines within the group.
