What’s happening?
The Microsoft Copilot Studio agent created within Teams is not displaying in the Teams Management Center, preventing users outside the team from accessing it.
Reason:
The issue is related to the public visibility settings of the Microsoft Copilot Studio agent, which may not have been properly configured to allow visibility to all users within the organization.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the agent's public settings are configured to display to everyone in the organization.
- Click on the option to send for administrator approval after selecting the appropriate visibility settings.
- If the issue persists, verify that the Teams access permission policies allow the use of the Microsoft Copilot Studio agent for users outside the team.
- For users needing to add the Copilot app, access the Copilot for Teams, select the relevant Copilot, and share it with the organization by following these steps:
- Step 1: Access the relevant Copilot in Copilot for Teams and click on [Share] in the upper right corner.
- Step 2: Select [Your organization] and choose [Viewer], then click [Share].
- Step 3: Copy the link from the share dialog and share it with the relevant users to allow them to add the Copilot in Teams.
