What’s happening?
Customers report that newly created PowerApps environments are stuck in a "Preparing" state for an extended period, preventing access and usage.
Reason:
The environments may have encountered a known issue during provisioning, particularly if they were created without a Dataverse database. This can lead to the environments being stuck in the "Preparing" state.
Resolution:
- Confirm the creation date and details of the affected environments.
- Check if the environments were created with or without a database.
- If the environments are confirmed to be stuck, the Product Team can address the provisioning state and re-sync the environment to resolve any corrupted properties.
- After the environment state is fixed, verify that the environments are in a "Ready" state.
- If necessary, the customer can retry adding a database to the environment after it has been set to "Ready."
- For further assistance, the customer can reach out to support for additional troubleshooting.
