What’s happening?
Customers using Power Automate Workflows to send notifications to Microsoft Teams channels are experiencing issues with the card created via the workflows app. The card displays a title that includes the name of a user, which customers do not prefer. They seek a way to either remove the header or change it to a more suitable name.

Reason:
The current design of the Power Automate Workflows does not allow for the removal of the user name from the card header. However, a workaround has been identified to address this.

Resolution:
To change the title displayed on the card, create a service account in the customer's Active Directory with the desired display name. The customer should then log in with that account to Microsoft Teams and set up the workflow to post to the desired channel. This will change the title to the specific name instead of displaying an individual user's name.
