What’s happening?
The "Last Opened" field in Power Apps Analytics is not displaying the correct values for applications.


Reason:
The behavior experienced is by design and expected. The "Last Opened" value will only be updated after a certain period, typically between 24 to 48 hours, depending on the report. If the application has not been used recently, the "Last Opened" column may remain blank or outdated.


Resolution:

  • Confirm that the user has tenant-level access to view analytics in the Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Ensure that the application has been used recently, as the "Last Opened" value will not update if the app has not been accessed.
  • If the issue persists, check the documentation regarding tenant-level analytics and the expected behavior of the "Last Opened" field.
  • For further investigation, gather additional details such as Tenant ID, Environment ID, App IDs, and Session ID from the user.
  • If necessary, resubmit the run and share a screenshot of the history, along with a screen recording of the issue for further analysis.
If the "Last Opened" value does not reflect after the expected time frame, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for clarification or to raise a feature request for improved functionality.
