Service Update 0.21 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 9.0

Service Update 9.0.21 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises) 9.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 9.0.21.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

• When creating or modifying an email signature, the user interface allowed javascript inserts.
• The price override option function was not available for some auote and opportunity products.
• The diagnostic tool returned an incorrect bandwidth test value.
• An error occurred when creating an email and selecting the "set regarding" option in Outlook.
• An error occurred when selecting the "Reject" option for Knowledge Articles in the Review stage.
• When creating an email form, the email description field did contain the saved form content.
• Alignment issues in Google Chrome when displaying in Hebrew.
