Microsoft detected vulnerability in one of its components and this was affecting also Dynamics 365 Business Central and its predecessor Dynamics NAV.
Dynamics 365 Business Central online version is already free from this vulnerability. No problem at all if you are in the cloud.
While you can get all the information and files needed to swiftly resolve this problem for on-premises versions here
you might have noticed that for versions currently out of mainstream support, only the W1 DVD is available for directly download.
For these versions that were out of mainstream support at the moment of the platform code mitigation (namely Dynamics NAV 2016 and NAV 2017), you can download the localized DVDs that contains the fixes for CVE-2022-41127 here:
