Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Windows 8 and Apple IPad

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is set to be released in the fall of 2013, and includes a whole new layout including metro themes, business process flows, changes to the email router, inline workflows, integration with Yammer, Bing maps, and a nice image attribute so you can add logos to accounts for example.

Not only that but a huge push for mobile platforms (Windows Phone 8, Apple and Android) and better cross browser support. With the new CRM 2013 users can enjoy a seamless application experience on any size device and will really help field agents and open up a new dynamic of how people do business.  A new feature that will be included is the ability to auto save records and also add additional steps in your sales flow.

I have yet to compare the feature set and ease of use to other mobile applications for CRM, products like RESCO (http://www.resco.net/) and CWR Mobility (http://www.cwrmobility.com/)
