The retail catalog has a lot of flexibility for managing products to display through the different channels. There are quite a few concepts to get familiar with to understand where data is being manages. This is a quick walk through of some of the basic retail catalog concepts. If you are using the new call center concepts, POS/M-POS, E-commerce they all depend on the same catalog concepts.
