This TechTalk series will provide information and resources that will help you create a training content development plan for your users related to your Finance and Operations project. We will cover the process of converting your training plan into a detailed plan for developing the content required for your training. We will also discuss adult learning principles that should be applied when developing content and how to select the training format for your content. In addition, we will cover the do's and don'ts for the content development plan and the various types of content for your Finance and Operations apps. Finally we, will discuss recommended practices for tools and resources that can be leveraged to help with the content development.
