Fastpath appoints Charles Snellgrove as CEO

Audit, security, and compliance software firm Fastpathhas appointed Charles Snellgrove as CEO and a member of the board of directors. Snellgrove takes over company leadership from founder and CEO Andy Snook.

Snellgrove was most recently CEO at technology consulting firm Wintellect, where he oversaw an acquisition by Atmosera. Before that he spent 19 years at data analytics platform firm Minitab, rising to CTO and then president.

Snook will remain on the company's board of directors, according to the company.
