Error executing code: FormRun (data source) has no valid runable code in method ‘initDesignEntryCertificate_W’.

Issue: – Upgraded AX2012 R2 Demo Data Company to CU7, when I click on new sales order I got error “Error executing code: FormRun (data source) has no valid runable code in method ‘initDesignEntryCertificate_W'”

Solution: – AOT à Forms à SalesTable, select salestable and delete. AX will regenerate New Salestable under Sys Model.
