New Features of Dynamics GP
By: Alyson Mitchel, MCTS, Jackson Thornton Technologies Business Software Consultant
Dynamics GP 2013 offers many new features. JTT wants to highlight five of the top features for you.
1. | If you void a Purchasing Check and it had credits applied, the void process now unapplies the credits as well as the invoices. This is our #1 favorite GP2013 feature. |
2. | In Purchasing you can now print a 1096. A great new feature added to 1099 processing. |
3. | You can now reprint a check remittance in Purchasing payment inquiry. This option for Payroll was added in GP 2010 and we are glad it now is available in Purchasing. |
4. | Year-end processing now has a progress bar that confirms when year-end processing is complete. |
5. | You can now switch printers at the time of printing. You do not have to change the printer from before you begin the process. |
