CCM vendor Xpertdoc buys XperiDo, gaining document automation, industry expertise

Xpertdoc Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a provider of document automation and customer communications management (CCM) solutions and a Microsoft partner, has acquired the assets of Belgium-based XperiDo from Invenso bvba through a 100% share purchase.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition includes Invenso's XperiDo Document Generation software that enables companies to automate the creation and delivery of documents using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP solutions.
