Point in time database restore from production to sandbox using LCS for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Once can use Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) to do a point-in-time restore (PITR) of the production database to a user acceptance testing (UAT) sandbox environment.

Microsoft maintains automated backups according to default settings for Microsoft Azure SQL Database, for a maximum of 30 days.
