Friday Funny: Project Management

After working in the Microsoft Dynamics GP world as a partner consultant, developer and support engineer for the last 25 years or so, I got to see a lot of Project Management.

I got to see a lot of things go right and just as many things go wrong. I saw projects completed on time and projects miss their deadlines. To quote one of my favourite authors, Douglas Adam, “I love deadlines. I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by.”

I think that the cause of almost all issues with project management is miscommunication, and the following graphic just sums it up.

I cannot provide credit to the person who created this image (as I don’t know who it was), but they obviously have a great understanding of Project Management.
