How to hold a specific journal entry until a specific date in dynamics 365 ?

Release Date is the Key

To put the transaction on hold until a specified date, enter that date.

You still can modify the transaction, and it can be posted on or after this date.
If this field is blank, the transaction can be posted at any time.

Example

Create general journal as the below

click lines and enter transaction details

you can not post this journal until 30-1-2018 because released date hold transaction until this date

if you remove released date, you can post
