When I joined my first organization in 2018, my journey began into Dynamics 365. I was a little familiar with CRM and ERP, but when I started working on Dynamics 365, I got to know about the numerous services/Integrations that were provided by Microsoft.

I have worked on various implementations as a developer and implementer. Every time is a new experience working with Dynamics 365, because the solution which was offered is not a standalone solution that is applicable for all implementations, and so we have to make sure to meet clients’ expectations and acceptance criteria.

During the start of my career, there were a few hiccups which I resolved by referring to community articles and blogs. Certain requirements need specific guidance, and the community is always there to help a developer like me. To contribute back, I have started to help in the Dynamics 365 Community in a few forums like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.
