Deleting a workflow in D365FO

Hi,

Note: Please refer to the post Configuring and activating existing workflow in D365FO to know the details of workflow that was created.

In my previous post, I created a workflow of type Vendor disbursement journal workflow and in this post will provide steps to delete a workflow.

Step 1: Go to Accounts Payable > Setup > Accounts payable workflows and select Newly Imported workflow

Step 2: Click on delete button on the top.

Step 3: A prompt appears to confirm the deletion. Please note if we associate this workflow to any journal then we have to remove that association before deletion and also workflow history along with its versions would be gone. So, be cautious before deletion.

Step 4: If we feel its fine to delete, click on OK button to delete the workflow. Refresh the page and deleted workflow will not be visible.
