AADST50196: The server terminated an operation because it encountered a loop while processing a request

This happened to one of our customers the other week and then strangely to myself the day after I resolved for them. Now I’m not a techie outside my safe walls of D365 so I have manged to fix but I can’t tell you technically how it works but, I can show you the steps and hope it works for you as well
