The GPUG Accountability Challenge!

Tell us the reason you came to Convergence. 

What are your objectives? 

What are the Issues you came to Address?  

What are the Questions you hoped to Answer?

What action items did you come home with?

With clear objectives, undoubtedly, you went home with a list of ideas, answers, and relationships that you need to act upon.

The trap that many busy Users get in to, is letting reality hit them in the face when they get back home.  You will be faced with:

  • catch-up after being gone for a week
  • deadlines that have to be met
  • fires that must be put out

Maybe you managed to execute follow-through on your issues and you are being blockaded by the Fear of Change monsters.  (They are easily identified by their roar: "That's not the way we usually do things around here!")

Regardless, this is the year that GPUG Members are going to bring value back. 

Reply with your objectives, issues, questions and, hopefully, the answers and action items you developed while at Convergence.

Then look for the ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE meetings on the GPUG calendar. 

We are all in this together!!!

    My goal of Convergence, DayONE and PreGAME was to listen to users in the community on what is challenging them each and everyday.  Then come home with these ideas and work with our team and SME (subject matter experts) on helping the community with education and peer sharing.

    I hoped to get to know more members personally, check.  Better understand of  our membership, working on it and to become more focused on what matters, working on it.

    Looking forward to reading your objectives and seeing how we can help you!

    I hope to find some answers to issues I'm having with the intra-stat module for our localized European install, looking for new 'tips & tricks', to continue to grow my GP network and hopefully find more users in the Northern California area.

    I want to compare notes with other users about Metrics and KPIs that they are using in a Dashboard setting.  I want to be able to quickly get to the key stats that give us the pulse of our business.  I want to know what tools and products they are using to make it easily accessed.
