    Arndt, we have some documentation on the telemetry API here: docs.microsoft.com/.../administration-center-api. I should have called out the APIs in the article, as well.

    James, good point. The tenant global admin, delegated admin, and CSP help desk agent roles have access. That should be called out in the documentation.

    Telemetry details could be improved, maybe with more details when clicking on a telemetry line (company name, user that performs the event, stack of the call etc). The more the better :)
