ReportThis question was posed on one of the forums yesterday. The answer is yes - hotfixes are cumulative - meaning they include all previous hotfix and service pack modifications to-date.
From Microsoft PartnerSource - 'All service packs, hotfixes, tax updates and year end updates are cumulative and the version information is incremented with each patch release.'
