Submit your event to the Community

Hosting an event? Whether it’s virtual or in person, the Microsoft Business Applications Communities are a great place to reach a wider audience.

Community events play an important role in educating members, connecting with your peers, and keeping the Community informed about the latest developments about Microsoft Business Applications!

You can find out about upcoming events and share your own with fellow members via the community site navigation menu: 'Discover events' > 'Microsoft and featured events'. 

If you have an event you would like to share with the Community, you can submit a new event request using the Community Support form.
 

Event submission guidelines
 

✅ Events must satisfy the following criteria to be considered:

• Free to attend - Events must be free to attend. The community is an open platform for sharing ideas and learning, and we prioritize events that are accessible to all users.
   
• Microsoft Business Applications focus - Your event should cover topics related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform products.
   
• Educational and community-oriented - The content of the event should primarily aim to educate, inform, or foster meaningful engagement about Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform products.
   
• No Solicitation or Marketing - Unaffiliated, third-party events such as webinars or meetups intended to solicit products and/or services to registrants or obtain contact information to be used for marketing purposes are not appropriate for the Communities.
   
• Official Microsoft events - Events that are sponsored by or officially affiliated with Microsoft may also be included. 

❌ Events that will not be approved:

• Paid events not affiliated with Microsoft.
   
• Webinars or workshops intended to solicit products and/or services to attendees or obtain contact information to be used for sales or marketing purposes are not appropriate for the Communities.
   
• Events that are not directly related to Microsoft Business Applications products.
   
• User group events (these should be added within your user group on the Community).

Following these guidelines will ensure your event will receive careful consideration for inclusion in the Community. We reserve the right to approve or reject any event request as per the needs of our Community.
