Payroll Year End Changes
Supported versions of GP for Payroll Year End:
- Dynamics GP 2013
- Dynamics GP 2010
Release Dates:
- 2013 Year End Update – November 15, 2013
- 2014 Payroll Tax Update (Round 1) – Week of December 16th 2013
- 2014 Payroll Tax Update (Round 2) – Mid-January 2014
Note: If you are using Dynamics GP 10.0 you will not be able to receive 2013 Year End updates nor payroll tax updates. You will need to upgrade your software.
Payables Management Year End Changes
Year End Update includes changes of:
- 1099 DIV (Dividend)
- 1099 MISC (Miscellaneous)
- 1099 INT (Interest)
- 1096 Summary form (Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013)
1099 Form changes:
- 1099-MISC Recipient box was reduced in size
- 1099-MISC Street Address/City boxes moved up one line and increased in size
- 1099-DIV Recipient box was reduced in size
- 1099-DIV Street Address/City boxes moved up one line and increased in size
- 1099-DIV Account Number/2nd Tin box moved down
- 1099-INT Two per page format (instead of 3 per page)
- 1096 form was added in GP 2013 – check boxes are smaller and realigned.
